What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for your convenience. Our checkout process is as easy as launching one of our Easy Flyers kites!
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, we don’t require accounts to place orders. However, we provide tracking information for every shipment so you can follow your kite’s journey to your doorstep.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order ships (within 1-2 business days), we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s progress with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide because we believe the joy of kite flying should know no borders! (We do make exceptions for a few remote areas in Asia and other locations where delivery isn’t reliable.)

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (like before windy seasons or holidays), processing might take slightly longer.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we only offer the shipping methods listed above. We recommend ordering well before you need your kite, especially for special occasions or optimal flying weather.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products with our No-Wind Guarantee! You may return any item within 15 days of receiving it, provided it’s in its original condition. Simply contact our kite experts at [email protected] to initiate your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or model, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order.
