Shipping Information

Order Processing: We carefully prepare each kite within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Our team treats every Animal Spinner and Flo-Tail Delta with the same care we’d want for our own kites!

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for budget-conscious flyers

Note: We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. International customers may be subject to customs fees.

Our Return Policy

While we hope you’ll love your kite as much as we do, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s our friendly policy:

Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items from our Collections Delta Kites and Collections Parafoils lines
  • Limited edition kites marked as “final sale”
  • Any kite showing signs of use or assembly

How to Return an Item

Returning your kite is as easy as flying on a windy day! Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval – Our kite experts will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Package Securely – Repack your kite in its original packaging (treat it as gently as our delicate Bird or Bug kites!)
  4. Ship Back – Send to:

Exchange Process:

Want to trade your Beginner kite for an Advanced model? Just indicate in your email:

  • The item you’re exchanging
  • The new item you’d like (check availability at funwithkites.com)

We’ll handle any price difference with a refund or additional charge.

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees for international returns are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your 10.5 Foot Double Box Delta arrives damaged or isn’t soaring properly:

  • Contact us within 7 days at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For our global kite enthusiasts outside the U.S. (excluding some remote Asian areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees aren’t refundable
  • Please allow extra time for international shipping processing
