• Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipment)

Note: We cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia. International customers may owe customs fees.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• All original tags are attached
• You provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom/personalized items from our Collections
• Limited edition “final sale” items
• Any kite showing signs of use or assembly

Refund Process

After we receive your return:

• Inspection takes 3-5 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process

Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items. International customers pay return shipping.
